to our Room Rental Our flat is ten minutes walk along Black Prince Road to The River Thames and we are opposite the Houses of Parliament so located very centrally. We are 15 minutes walk from Waterloo Station and 25 minutes walk over the bridge from The West End.

About and Booking or Making an Enquiry In the bedroom there are two double glazed windows letting in plenty of light along with blind for night time sleeping. There is a small desk and a double bed. There is limited storage facility for clothing. The door has its own lock and key for privacy. The kitchen has been recently installed and we have a large fridge/freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer. The very large kitchen has a small bar and there is direct access to our balcony. Steven looks after the room and carries out both washing and cleaning. Steven also deals with all enquiries and bookings (a deposit is required to secure your booking (50% of the total booking fee due). £40 one person or £60 for two people sharing per night. As three people share the flat then we need to know who we are having to stay with us and on this basis we only rent our room out to people who are friends of ours or friends of our friends. Making an enquiry The best way is to send a short email to Steven and then we can arrange to discuss by phone (or, if you live outside of the UK, then by Skype call). The room booking is available from the : March 2016 until November 2016
